Barnes and Noble

Nook Tablet

You cannot download Overdrive titles directly from your tablet. You will first have to download titles to your computer then transfer them to your Nook tablet.

1. Go to our Library’s website (library.occc.edu)

2. Click on the Overdrive eBooks/eAudioBooks link.

3. Chose your title and add the title to your eCart.

4. “Proceed to checkout” then sign in by clicking on the “Oklahoma City Community College users, please click here to sign in to this system” with your MineOnline username and password.

5. Once logged in, you can set your lending period (7 or 14 days) then confirm your checkout.

6. Once the title downloads, right click on the file and select “Open With”  then choose Adobe Digital Editions.

7. Connect your Nook to your computer with your USB cord. Wait for Adobe Digital Editions to recognize your Nook then left click on the book and drop it into the folder (in Adobe Digital Editions) that says “My Nook.”

**The book will not appear on your main library shelf. To find your Overdrive titles, you will have to click on “Library” and then “My Documents” and then “Adobe Digital Editions” to retrieve your borrowed library titles.
