Use your public library (too)!

Hey there!

Look, we that you use us but don’t forget about the other library systems out there like your public library system!

Don’t know who your public library is? No worries, just visit http://www.odl.state.ok.us/go/pl.asp and it will point you to your local public library.

Sometimes, you might not find what you’re needing here at the OCCC Library so why not venture over to another library’s site, catalog, etc. to see what they have?

What’s that quote? “Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.” So, yes, together all the libraries in your metro area are a vast ocean of information and entertainment resources! Use us!!

Besides, if you’re a parent and starting to plan for your children and teens’ college educations, you might want to look into the 2011 Summer Reading Program Sweepstakes.

Sign your children and teens up for Summer at the Library program at their local public library and they could win $2,529 toward a college savings account!

For more information, please see the official rules: http://www.ok4saving.org/documents/OK_2011_summer_reading_rules.pdf
